In addition the teams have the full support and can call on the skills and services within the other Skanska sister companies.

Skanska's diversity of activities, in the construction field are uniquely able to offer a complete one stop solution utilising in-house ability. We are able to cover every elements from Design & Build, Finance, actioning incoming utilities work, through construction from minor fit-out to large new build, to IT design & install and the full commissioning and handover management that is so critical with these projects. This approach has the ability of de-risking the project for our clients as the project is kept 'in-house' and therefore any risk elements are controlled and dealt with at one management level.
