We provide estates services to a range of PPP and traditional contracts in the health, education, defence, Government and local Government market sectors. We have extensive experience of providing services within environments in which immediate response times are critical, and where a high level of security clearance is often required.
Contract durations range from three years to circa 40 years, demonstrating our long-term commitment to our clients.
Our facilities services team was awarded the BIFM Best Practice in a PFI/PPP Project for the Derby Hospitals Project.
