The Skanska Customer Service Team controls all end-to-end customer calls made to our 0800 telephone number using a bespoke information system. This is a 24/7 service with all queries tracked and monitored through the system close out.

Our dedicated customer advisors are committed to ensure that all our customers receive a personal and professional interface, ensuring their experience with us results in one hundred per cent satisfaction on conclusion.
Key offerings:
- Customer Contacts
We record, process and provide information for specific contracts or projects on all calls, from initial contact to closure, including follow up courtesy calls on all complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Environment Health & Safety
We are the first point of contact for reporting on all Health, Safety and Environmental issues, from a near miss to a major incident.
- Barrier Hotline
We will also record, report and resolve any issues relating to Signing, Lighting and Guarding, e.g. barriers fallen, faulty traffic lights and open excavations, etc. We will ensure all issues are sent to the relevant contract representative and ensure a timely response and resolution.
- Customer Satisfaction
We record all customer commendations and cascade these out to all relevant parties. We also distribute customer surveys to all customer contacts as well as collate and capture all feedback.

We provide a variety of information to the public and stakeholders.
