Our apprentice programme gives you a great opportunity to gain a recognised academic or vocational qualification from college while you're employed full-time at Skanska.

Apprentice programme

Professional pathway

Joining us an apprentice, you'll spend 20% of your time at college or University, and 80% applying that learning at work. Your course will be fully funded by Skanska and you will be earning a salary.
