1.Proactive management of diaries to ensure maximisation of time:

- Monitoring schedules
- Arranging meetings, agendas & itineraries
- Organising travel arrangements and processing travel expenses

2.Provision of a full, highly accurate and swift administrative service:

- Preparing packs for selected meetings
- Creating and managing an efficient document filing system
- Dealing with enquiries into the team and following up promptly and professionally

3.Compilation of materials for the Asset Management Team:

- Collating and distributing reports
- Processing instructions to banks and other documents requiring the signature of directors for project companies

4.Point of contact in the office for visiting management teams:

- Providing ad hoc onsite support for e.g. meeting requests, travel advice, printing

5.Other administrative tasks as required from time to time.

Profile

•Considerable experience in a Senior Administrative / PA role, working for a team of managers is essential. Experience in a corporate, international environment is preferable
•Confident to use own initiative and work flexibly to achieve results
•Highly organised and able to prioritise workload accordingly
•Knowledgeable and competent with Microsoft Office
• “Can-do” attitude – committed to supporting others
•Professional, customer service orientated approach
•Highly accurate and shows attention to detail with all tasks
•Able to work in complex, matrix corporate environment
