The personal data you provide for this application, and otherwise, as part of the recruitment process, will be held and processed for the sole purpose of supporting the selection and recruitment processes of Skanska Uk Plc and other member companies of the Skanska Group.
In order to fully process your application, the personal data you provide may be disclosed, where necessary, to subsidiary companies within the Skanska Group, and to any agents acting on our behalf for the same purposes, but will not be disclosed to un-related third parties or used for any purposes other than those stated above.
Should your application be successful the information you supply will form part of your personnel file, otherwise we will destroy your information once it is no longer required to support your application for employment. Our standard practice is to delete such information within 12 months of making a decision that your application has been unsuccessful.
By submitting your personal data and application, you are:
• Declaring that you have read, understood and accepted the statements set out in this data protection statement.
• Declaring that the information given in the application is complete and accurate.
• Authorising the relevant company in the Skanska Group to verify or have verified on their behalf all statements contained in this application, and to make any necessary reference checks.
• Accepting that any resulting contract of employment may be withdrawn/terminated on the grounds of inaccuracy.
• Confirming that this on-line application is functionally equivalent to providing your signature.
