Road closures

Road closures

Current road diversions are being implemented by the Corporation of London to accommodate left and right-hand turns from Wormwood Street onto Bishopsgate. Kerb realignment in Camomile and Outwich Streets together with two new pedestrian crossings between Bevis Marks and Houndsditch will allow the Outwich western footpath to be closed from Mid-May 2007. Once this footpath is closed a hoarding will be erected securing this area. Minor building works will then be undertaken to form the foundations for the temporary electrical sub-stations, that are currently housed within Bishops and Kempson Houses, to be diverted onto.
