The success of our business is based on our people. We are committed to the recruitment and training of quality employees to undertake our business.
Investors in People is a national standard which sets a level of good practice for the training and development of people to achieve business goals.
We achieved the standard in January 2000, were re-accredited in May 2003 and again in May 2006.
The accreditation has three aims:
- Developing strategies to improve the performance of the organisation
- Taking action to improve the performance of the organisation
- Evaluating the impact on the performance of the organisation.
