Foundation packages

Cementation Skanska offers a wide range of specialist foundation techniques which can be brought together to form a combination of solutions on one site, or to provide complete foundation packages.

For example, a deep basement may require diaphragm walling, bored piling with plunge columns, anchors, load testing and compensation grouting. We can provide and co-ordinate all these activities, and if the client wishes, can include other services such as setting-out, spoil removal, trimming back of piles and monitoring of adjacent structures.
