Energy & sustainability

Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. ModernaHus proves it is possible to combine sustainability with affordability.

ModernaHus is designed to comply with Code Level Three, as standard in the UK Government's Code for Sustainable Homes initiative, and offers further options to achieve levels 4-6.

The code has now become the national standard for the design and construction of sustainable homes, and is a key part of the government's drive towards zero carbon housing supply by 2016.
