Energy+
Sustainability begins with the design of an energy efficient building, followed by heat recovery from exhaust air and water, and the use of locally produced energy.

Renewable energy is central to the Government's aim of reducing CO2 emissions by 60% by 2050. The government has also set up a target for 10% of electricity to come from renewable sources by 2010.
Our in-house expertise in renewable energy technologies means we can upgrade a site's requirement, whether in conjunction with the Code for Sustainable Homes, or for Local Authority requirements, whilst maintaining cost efficiency.
Options we can work with you to develop include:-
- Wind generation
- PV solar panels
- Solar water heating
- Gas fired CHP (combined heat and power)
- Bio diesel/biomass CHP
- Biomass heating using woodchips or pallets to provide heating and hot water
- Underground source heat pumps
- Geothermal piling.
