Facades are fully adaptable, with options created from a palette specifically drawn-up to meet with UK planning regulations, including:-
• Facades – as an option to the standard rendered finish, we offer rain screens in various materials, as well as a range of window options
• Balconies – different materials and colours to complement and enhance the faced exterior
• Entrances – a wide range of secure and attractive entrance solutions which are tailored to suit the needs of each community and location
• Roofs – although ModernaHus is primarily a flat-roof construction, a further selection of weather-proof, durable and visually appealing roof solutions are available.
