When you visit our offices or sites, all visitors are required to sign in and out of the location, therefore your name and business details will be collected by our reception team or a digital visitor management system depending on the location. CCTV systems are also in operation at our offices and sites.
Finally, personal data is also processed for statistical purposes to see how users use the website and to analyse search behaviour, as well as to display content customised for you. Such data is, however, only processed in aggregated form or in a form that cannot identify you as an individual. Data is also processed indirectly in connection with the development, testing and administration of the IT systems underlying our website.

Skanska processes your personal data when necessary for the performance of an agreement with you, to manage a business relationship or respond to enquires/requests. Additional information for recruitment applicants
When applying for a role you will share a range of recruitment related personal data with Skanska. Your personal data may be shared with us directly by you, or via a third party such as your recruitment agency, to enable the recruitment process. Candidate profiles on our recruitment system will be removed after one year of inactivity. Successful candidates will have selected recruitment data transferred to their employee personnel file which will be retained in line with our retention policy.
