Skanska is running a month long Twitter campaign to promote facilities management and its contribution to society.
The initiative will take place in May, to coincide with World FM Day, on the 17th, a global celebration of facilities management.
The campaign will feature over 50 tweets in total, including video clips from employees. It will use the hashtag #FacMan to connect with people who are interested in facilities management as a topic. There will also be posts in LinkedIn, although the main campaign will be on Twitter.
Skanska Managing Director Katy Dowding said: “This is a great opportunity to promote both Skanska’s facilities management business and the contribution that FM makes to society. Social media is an increasingly important way of communicating with people and organisations. It gives our message a chance to reach a new audience.”
