Our aim is to inspire individuals to pursue a career in construction, challenging traditional assumptions about routes into the industry.
- Promoting careers in construction, including to young people, those from under-privileged backgrounds, ex-offenders and military personnel
- Developing long-term partnerships with industry and professional bodies, schools and universities, providing mentoring, training and work experience opportunities
- Actively supporting and encouraging applications from people from diverse backgrounds, while supporting our line managers to consider more diverse job role solutions – such as flexible working patterns
- Aiming to attract experienced candidates who mirror our values
Working with education to promote STEM (science, technology, engineering and maths) to young people through our network of 150 STEM ambassadors.
