Jaak is Head of our Environment Improvement Programmes which spans xxxx  to xxxx. Having spent the last ten years in commercial roles across Skanska’s portfolio of project−leading the digital strategy for our infrastructure division. He brings these skills, experience, and foresight to ensure good carbon management is integrated across the business.

Director of Environment

As the head of environment for Building Services I support all of our internal and external mechanical and electrical projects together with our facilities management services to deliver the most sustainable projects we can. As a diverse business we are always developing our offering in terms of carbon savings bespoke to the facility we maintain or new building we construct. The potential for carbon reduction is considered at every step of the tender and delivery cycle and we have plans to automate and digitise these processes in the future in order to streamline and standardise low carbon best practice.

Alison Davis

Head of Environment

Alison is Head of Environment and leads the charge on all things sustainable within our built environment division. As  our sustainable certification schemes expert, Alison helps our customers achieve outstanding building standards such as LEEAD, WELL and BREEAM. We place a key focus on collaboration with customers as well as our supply chain for the improvement of our industry and wider society, and as a part of her remit, Alison has introduced a supply chain collaboration framework to bring to life new and innovative opportunities to decarbonise buildings for our customers.

Sharon Maynard

Operations Director

As Head of Environment, Sharon supports our mechanical and electrical division to deliver the most sustainable projects we can. We are a diverse business and are always developing our offering of bespoke carbon savings to the facilities we maintain or new buildings we construct. The potential for carbon reduction is considered at every step of the tender and delivery cycle and our aim is to automate and digitise these processes in the future, to streamline and standardise low carbon best practice.
