Multi-utility projects

Our Multi Utility Recognition Status (MURS) accredited team provides integrated, multi-utility diversion packages, including the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of utilities infrastructure.

We have proven experience in the water, power, gas, telecommunications and communications sectors where we navigate the complexities of managing utilities infrastructure on major projects on behalf of our customers.

Our dedicated Skanska team offers utilities management and coordination for single or multiple providers, able to supply, install, test and commission utilities infrastructure. As accredited practitioners, we have long-established proven relationships with Statutory Undertakers, ensuring we are well positioned to review the scope of undertakings, reducing costs, speeding up project delivery and minimising impact on all stakeholders.

Our dedicated team has many years’ experience of working closely with our customers to understand specific needs and expectations, so we can design and plan bespoke solutions. We provide our customers with a single point of contact, significantly reducing contractual and commercial administration.

Our customers are responsible for some of the most significant civil engineering projects over recent years, including Transport for London, HS2, Highways England, Crossrail, Cadent and Anglian Water.
