Our capability is enhanced by Skanska’s experience across construction, fit-out, refurbishment and maintenance. Our understanding of how materials, finishes, systems and components behave in use has helped us to test, adapt and refine our models and approach.
We can assess whole-life cost, develop lifecycle replacement programmes and benchmark programmes against other estates and portfolios, as well as procure for or deliver the chosen programme.
We deliver formal lifecycle programmes at Ministry of Defence sites, schools, colleges and hospitals, and apply many of the principles of lifecycle management on our other FM contracts.
