The journey for all early careers roles begins online with your application, followed by some online assessments and a short interview over the phone. If you’re successful, we will invite you in for an assessment centre. The process aims to assess your skills and judgement to ensure Skanska is the right move for you and that you fit our values and ethos.

Telephone interview We’ll ask you some motivational and competency based questions. It usually lasts around 15-25 minutes. |

Assessment centre You’ll be invited to one of our offices where you will complete three different activities. This involves a group exercise, individual or paired exercise, and an interview. |
