Healthy, green buildings

WELL is the leading tool for advancing health and wellbeing in buildings, taking into account both the structure of the building, its operation and management, and the people who use it.
Across Europe and the UK, Skanska is delivering 17 WELL projects, totalling 4.07 million sqft (378,115sqm) and 9 per cent of WELL projects in the region.
