Nicola’s previous role was with Laing O’Rourke Limited where she worked as Commercial Director for a specialist business within its European hub. She was also the operations and commercial lead for the European engineering and excellence group, with a focus on innovation, collaboration and education to achieve leaner product and service delivery.
Further construction industry and built environment experience comes from Nicola’s work with a variety of projects and sectors, developing her career in commercial and business management at Sir Robert McAlpine Limited and Siemens within the UK.
