Alan Gillman, Skanska said: “Chris’s wealth of PFI experience and his specific experience in bringing a major healthcare PFI project to financial close and successfully running that project through its start-up phase will be hugely beneficial to this major healthcare scheme. This will strengthen our team exactly as we had planned and we are delighted to have him on board.”

Said Tim Pearson, Innisfree: “We are delighted to have someone of Chris’s calibre on board for what is undoubtedly the most challenging and exciting healthcare redevelopment project in the UK.”
