Kvaerner Trollope & Colls has secured a prestigious multi-million pound contract to fit out the new UK corporate headquarters for Waner Bros in the West End of London.
The project involves the high quality fit out of 130,000 square feet of accommodation over ten floors of the premises in Theobalds Road in Holborn and provides Warner Bros with the opportunity to consolidate from a number of smaller buildings around the capital.
The fast-track fit out started in mid-March and the work is due to be complete at the end of September ready for the world-wide entertainment organisation to move in.
The scope of work includes the formation of cellular and open plan office areas together with conference and hospitality suites, computer rooms and two state-of-the-art screening cinemas.
Building on its long standing reputation for expertise and quality workmanship, Warner Bros has become the latest high profile project secured by Kvaerner Trollope & Colls’ fitting out division in what is a highly competitive market.
