Kontor Skanska has won a £5.5million contract to fit out the toilet areas over 31 floor levels at Heron Quays HQ2 building.
The package for Canary Wharf Contractors also includes installing high quality specialist joinery to the lift lobbies on every floor level. Work starts in March and will be completed in March 2003, with the building eventually being occupied by Lehman Brothers.
This is Kontor Skanska’s second major project within months at Canary Wharf. In November, it negotiated a £9 million project to fit out Reebok’s new sports centre at Canada Place with a host of state-of-the-art facilities.
