Skanska is delivering the construction and mechanical & electrical engineering fit-out of Botanic Place, a prominent commercial office development located in the heart of Cambridge. This project also involves restoring the building shell of the former Flying Pig pub.
The development features more than 40,000 sq ft of terraces spread across multiple levels, thoughtfully designed to encourage community interaction while offering private outdoor spaces. Inside, 15,000 sq ft of internal amenities - including event spaces and food and beverage areas – will support a vibrant and dynamic workplace environment.
