Forming a key gateway to the city of London, the striking 14-storey office and retail development provides 52,000sqm of high-quality grade-A office and retail accommodation maximises the space this EC3 site offers.
The Grimshaw-designed development incorporates spectacular glass cladding and a spacious atrium.
Space saving features
Significant savings in floor space were achieved by employing the unique TWIN© lift strategy, which provides 16 lifts in eight shafts, increasing the total area available for letting.
Skanska worked closely with the developer to provide early access for tenants to fit-out their highly versatile floor space.
