New edition of Upfront focuses on diversity and inclusion

Featuring original content – which has never been seen before – the new edition was inspired by the ‘The changing face of construction’ event we held last year about how to improve diversity and inclusion in the construction industry.

Skanska UK’s President and CEO Mike Putnam says the sector has a unique chance to become more inclusive. Skanska’s Harvey Francis, Paul Heather and Pia Höök look at some of our initiatives – both globally and here in the UK.

Consultant Chris Moon MBE shares his deeply personal story of how life-changing events – in his case being kidnapped by Khmer Rouge and blown up by a landmine in Mozambique – can strengthen us.­
