
Reporting directly to Executive Vice President Terry Muckian, James will play a pivotal role overseeing key construction projects regionally within the UK and leading strategic emphasis within the defence and healthcare markets. He will take up his position from 1 September.
With a distinguished career spanning more than twenty years, James brings significant expertise and hands-on experience in delivering complex projects across the built environment.

Currently, Skanska UK is delivering major projects within the defence market, including the Vehicle Storage and Support Programme for the British Army at Ashchurch in Gloucestershire. The business is also pursuing opportunities within healthcare as well as growing regional presence, such as with the Botanic Place development in Cambridge.
