Our 13-year contract with the Defence Infrastructure Organisation, which manages the military estate, began in 2018 and will run until 2031.
We provide all non-military support on the site. This includes all facilities management services, such as buildings maintenance, grounds maintenance and IT communications infrastructure support.
Northwood HQ is made up of the UK military headquarters, NATO maritime headquarters and an EU operations headquarters. Approximately 2,500 military personnel work on the site and over 850 people live on the base.
